Charros Win 6-4 In 11 Innings

Logo for the Brownsville Charros of United League BaseballThe Brownsville Charros defeated the Fort Worth Cats last night in 11 innings by a score of 6-4.  The game was played at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth.

Luis Pardo earned the victory, coming in relief in the 10th inning.  Jake Luce hit his second home run of the season, tied for the most home runs this season in United League Baseball.

Jordan Etier scored the go-ahead run in the 11th inning, making the score 5-4.  Later in the inning, Kruse scored the insurance run bringing the score to 6-4.

The Charros are now 3.5 games behind the league-leading Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings.

Tonight, the Charros will once again play the Cats in Fort Worth at 7:05 pm Central Time first pitch.
